The system is powered by e-flo, which has been providing content management and
e-commerce websites since 2004 and has been powering office supplies dealer websites for more than 2 years (but has been working
specifically with dealer groups up to now, and has only recently started selling direct to dealers).
e-flo office provides an up-to-date link with your back office system using data-flo.

Websites using the e-flo office system
In addition to offering the above comprehensive online ordering website, and exactly as we do already for 100s of other clients, we can offer you a simple content managed (CMS) website. You have several options here as follows:
- You can take one of our templates (no set up fee), and with only a little customization that you can do yourself, you could be up and running within a day.
- Alternatively you could have a website designer provide a little more design modifications to one of our templates and we can apply this for you (for a small charge – in the region of £250 + VAT);
- You could have a completely bespoke design that we then integrate into the system to provide the same complete control of the text on the site. You would commission a web designer to produce the design and then typically we would charge in the region of £750 + VAT to set up your website from their design.
Just to add - we don't actually think you need this additional website, there's no reason why you can't use your e-flo office web store as your one and only website - but if you do still want one then we can provide a very good solution.
